Note: Only store owner can follow this tutorial to update permissions for our team. The Shopify store owner is the person whose email and contact information were originally used to sign up for Shopify.
As a account owner, you can update required permissions for our team with the following steps.
Steps to update permissions:
1. Log in to Shopify admin as the account owner.
2. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings
3. Select the 'Users and permissions" section, Click DigitalCoo Team, In the Staff section.
4. Select the highlighted permissions, screenshot:
Required Permissions list:
Under the General section, Select the Orders, Draft Orders, Customers option.
5. Save the changes.
Note, Send an email notification to firstname.lastname@example.org after updating permissions so our team can troubleshoot and resolve the issues.
