First, let’s talk about "Synchronization" in the Advanced filters & search application. It’s a process to establish consistency between data from the Shopify server to our application server. That means, When you click on the "Synchronize Now" button from the filter application, it then updates the latest information from your Shopify collections & products to our server, to perform the advanced filter functions.
When do you need to manually synchronize the app?
Here are cases in which you would need to synchronize the application manually.
1. When you add a new collection or product to your website.
2. When you modify an existing collection or product from your website.
How to synchronize the application?
From your Shopify admin, go to Apps and select Advanced Filters and Search application. Then go the Synchronization tab and Click on Synchronize Now button.
