Steps to diagnose why application is not working.
1) Theme configuration: Make sure the filter app is installed properly on a specific theme. See instructions: https://imagelink.click/HtOrBm.png
2) Check application Mode: Is application mode in live mode? If not then switch it to live mode. See instructions https://imagelink.click/uFCvBX.png
( Note: If you want to keep checking applications in test mode then add /preview as parameter after collection URL. See instructions https://imagelink.click/mhgVpD.png
