In this article, you’ll learn how to create separate discount lists for different customer groups, where each group will see a unique discount based on the applicable discount rule.
Option 1
You can create a separate discount rule for each customer group, and within each discount rule, you can define unique discount.
Example,
Let’s assume there are two customer groups: ‘wholesale’ and ‘vip’ tags. To apply a 10% discount to ‘wholesale’ tagged customers and a 20% discount to ‘vip’ tagged customers, we created separate discount rules as shown in the screenshot below.
Option 2
If you’re using the Individual Pricing Rule to set different discounts for specific products or variants, you can add multiple customer groups within the pricing rule. Each group will have its own column where you can enter the relevant discounted prices. See the screenshot below for reference.
