When filters are not showing on your store
This guide helps if your storefront filters are not working.
Check the filters page
- Open Filters.
- Confirm the filter is published.
- If it is not published, publish it now.
If the filter appears in the dashboard but not online
- Refresh Products Sync.
- If the sync is running, wait for it to finish.
- Retry failed items if needed.
If a filter looks wrong
- Open the filter from Filters.
- Check the filter settings and save again.
- If the filter was changed, publish it again.
When to contact support
- If the filter still does not appear.
- If the page shows an error or warning.
- If publishing seems to complete but nothing changes.
