This FAQ answers the most common questions users have about the dashboard. It focuses on real concerns and practical fixes.
General access questions
Q: I can’t open the dashboard.
A: Refresh your browser and try again. If that does not work, sign out and sign back in. If the issue continues, check that you have permission from the store owner.

Q: A page is loading forever.
A: Close the tab and reopen the dashboard. Try a different browser if needed. If the issue keeps happening, clear your browser cache and refresh.
Q: How do I find the right page in the dashboard?
A: Use the main menu on the left side. Look for labels like Dashboard, Filters, Products Sync, Theme Setup, Billing, or Support. If you are not sure, start from Dashboard and follow the links shown there.
Onboarding concerns
Q: The setup steps are confusing.
A: Start with the first setup card shown on the dashboard home page. Follow each step in order: Billing, Products Sync, Theme Setup, then Preview.
Q: The dashboard keeps asking me to complete setup.
A: Check if Billing is done first. Then make sure Products Sync finished and Theme Setup is complete. If one step is still pending, finish it before moving on.

Q: I finished setup but the store still looks wrong.
A: Go to Products Sync and make sure sync is complete. If not, retry the sync and refresh the dashboard.
Filters questions
Q: Why is my filter not showing on the store?
A: Check that the filter is published. Open Filters, find the filter, and click Publish if needed.
Q: I edited a filter but it still looks old.
A: After editing, save and publish the filter again. Then run Products Sync to update your storefront.
Q: How do I know if a filter is published?
A: In the Filters list, published filters show a Published status. If you do not see Published, open the filter and click Publish.
Q: I can’t save my filter changes.
A: Check that all required fields have values. If a save button is still inactive, refresh the page and try again. If the problem continues, close the tab and reopen the Filters page.

Sync and indexing questions
Q: Product sync is stuck or failed.
A: Open Products Sync and refresh the status. If the sync failed, click Retry. Wait until the sync completes before checking the store.
Q: I changed something but the storefront does not update.
A: Run Products Sync again after you save changes. A second sync often fixes the delay.
Q: Search settings do not seem to work.
A: Save your search settings on the Search page. Then run Products Sync and refresh your storefront. If search still looks wrong, try the same search again after refreshing the browser.
Theme setup questions
Q: The filters are not placed correctly in my theme.
A: Open Theme Setup and follow the steps exactly. Make sure the app embed and filter location are both saved.
Q: I want to remove the app setup from my theme.
A: Use Theme Removal to disable the app embed and remove the filter block. Follow the page tasks until the process is complete.
Q: How do I use templates with filters?
A: Open Templates to view draft and published templates. Import or duplicate a template and then publish it when ready. Templates help you set up filter layouts faster.
Billing questions
Q: I paid but still see the pricing page.
A: Open Subscription Confirmation after checkout. If the purchase succeeded, return to the dashboard. If not, confirm the payment status in Shopify.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Open Billing and choose the cancel option. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Support questions
Q: Where can I get help?
A: Use the Support page for the full help center. Use Contact for a simple message form.
Q: I get a permissions error or a blocked page.
A: Check with the store owner or admin to confirm your role. Some pages require admin access to use. If you should have access but still see the block, refresh and sign in again.
Q: How do I explain the problem to support?
A: Tell support:
- which page you were on,
- what you clicked,
- what did not work,
- and any error message you saw.
