Use this guide when product or filter changes are not appearing on your store.
Step 1: Check indexing status
- Open Products Sync.
- See if syncing is in progress.
- Wait until it finishes.
Step 2: Retry failed sync items
- If there are failed items, click the retry button.
- Wait for the retry to complete.
- Refresh the page.
Step 3: After a store change
- Update a filter or theme setting.
- Return to Products Sync.
- Start sync again if needed.
If syncing still fails
- Refresh the page and try again.
- Close the browser tab and reopen the dashboard.
- If it still does not work, contact support.
