When onboarding feels confusing
This guide helps if you are stuck on the dashboard setup process.
What to do first
- Open the main dashboard at
/app. - Look for the setup cards or status messages.
- Follow the first step shown on the page.
If the dashboard keeps asking for setup
- Check if you need to choose a plan in Billing.
- Make sure you complete each step in order.
- If a step is already done, refresh the page.
If filters or theme setup are not ready
- Create or publish a filter from Filters.
- Open Theme Setup and follow the instructions.
- Run Products Sync after setup is complete.
If you still need help
- Use Support or Contact.
- Tell support which step is not working.
