Use this if your filters or app embed are not placed correctly in your store theme.
Check theme setup status
- Open Theme Setup.
- Follow the setup cards shown on the page.
- Look for messages about the app embed or filters block.
If setup is incomplete
- Enable the app embed if the page asks you to.
- Choose the filters container or location in your theme.
- Save the selection.
If the page still shows a problem
- Run the diagnostics or sync steps.
- Refresh the page.
- Try again if the setup was not saved.
If you want to remove setup
- Open Theme Removal.
- Follow the steps to disable and remove the app files.

Complete the steps in order and use the support page if the setup does not finish.
