2: Create a pricing rule
To offer discounts or wholesale prices to your targeted customers, you’ll need to create either a wholesale pricing rule or a volume pricing rule, depending on your needs. Please refer to the article links below for detailed instructions on how to set up each type.
- Wholesale Pricing / Custom Pricing
- Volume Discounts / Quantity Breaks
3: Check matching customers
After creating a pricing rule, you’ll need to make your existing or new customers eligible to receive wholesale discount pricing. There are three types of customers who need to register as wholesale customers to become eligible for discounts through the Wholesale All In One app. Below are the instructions for each customer type to complete their wholesale registration.
- Register Wholesale Customers Manually
- Register Wholesale Customers via Wholesale Signup Form
- Register existing regular customer as wholesale customer by importing from another store.
On the pricing rule detail page, you’ll find a section at the bottom that contains a list of customers eligible for the discount. Check matching customers
4: Publish app status to 'Live Mode'
You can change the app status to ‘Live Mode’ to make the discount visible to your live customers. CLICK HERE to learn more about the difference between ‘Test Mode’ and ‘Live Mode’.
