As a account owner, you can approve a Shopify Collaborator Account for our development team.
Step 1:
Log in to Shopify admin as the account owner.
Note, the account owner is the person whose email and contact information were originally used to sign up for Shopify.
Step 2:
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings.
Step 3:
Navigate to the Users tab
Step 4:
Click on the Requests tab to view any pending collaborator requests
Step 5:
Select DigitalCoo Collaborator from Pending Requests list.
Step 6:
Click on the Assign Role option as shown in the screenshot below. A dropdown will appear — select the DigitalCoo role to grant the required access.
Once the role is selected, click the Accept Request button at the top-right corner of the screen, as shown in the screenshot below.
That's all, and our team will automatically receive an email notification.
