15. No Products found to be imported

 

 

Export Errors:

1) SKU not found

This error will occur only if a discount in the rule is applied at the variant level and the variants do not have SKUs stored in the Shopify Products section. If a discount in the rule is applied at the product level, having a NULL SKU does not matter.

 

2) Invalid Quantity

When exporting a volume pricing discount rule, ensure that only positive numbers are entered for quantity. Negative numbers or empty spaces in the quantity field will prevent the rule from being exported and may cause issues during the export process. The quantity must be positive.

 

 

 

 

Import Errors:

1) 'Handle field' is missing

When importing a CSV or Excel file into the discounted section, make sure that the 'Handle' field is included in the file. If the 'Handle' field is missing, the file will not import, and issues will occur during the import process.

 

2) 'Variant SKU' field is missing

When importing a CSV or Excel file into the discounted section, ensure that the 'Variant SKU' field is included in the file. If the 'Variant SKU' field is missing, the file will not import, and issues will occur during the import process.

 

3) 'Title' field is missing

When importing a CSV or Excel file into the discounted section, ensure that the 'Title' field is included. If the 'Title' field is missing, the file will not import, and issues will occur during the import process.

 

4) 'Variant Price' field is missing

When importing a CSV or Excel file into the discounted section, ensure that the 'Variant Price' field is included. If the 'Variant Price' field is missing, the file will not import, and issues will occur during the import process.

 

5) 'Image Src' field is missing

When importing a CSV or Excel file into the discounted section, ensure that the 'Image Src' field is included. If the 'Image Src' field is missing, the file will not import, and issues will occur during the import process.

 

6) Unnecessary field(s) found in CSV file

When importing a CSV or Excel file into the discounted section, ensure that no unnecessary fields are included. If there are extra fields, the file will not import, and issues will occur during the import process. Delete all columns from the CSV file except for the following:

• Handle
• Title
• Option1 Value
• Option2 Value
• Option3 Value
• Variant SKU
• Variant Price
• Image Src

 

7) 'Quantity' field is missing

When importing a volume discount CSV or Excel file into the discounted section, ensure that the 'Quantity' field is included. If the 'Quantity' field is missing, the file will not import, and issues will occur during the import process.

 

8) Invalid discount value

When importing a CSV or Excel file into the discounted section, ensure that the discounted value is a number and does not include any special characters or symbols except '-' and '%'. Characters such as '@', '$', '&', etc., should not be included. If these conditions are not met, the file will not import, and issues will occur during the import process.

9) Empty Quantity

When importing a volume discount CSV or Excel file into the discounted section, ensure that the 'Quantity' field is not empty. If the 'Quantity' field is empty, the file will not import, and issues will occur during the import process.

 

10) Empty Title

When importing a CSV or Excel file into the discounted section, ensure that the 'Title' field is not empty. If the 'Title' field is empty, the file will not import, and issues will occur during the import process.

 

11) Invalid Variant Price

When importing a CSV or Excel file into the discounted section, ensure that the 'Variant Price' is valid and does not include any special characters or symbols such as '@', '$', '&', etc. If these conditions are not met, the file will not import, and issues will occur during the import process.

 

12) Empty Variant SKU

When importing a CSV or Excel file into the discounted section, which is created at the variant level, ensure that the 'Variant SKU' field is not empty. If the 'Variant SKU' field is empty, the file will not import, and issues will occur during the import process. The SKU of all variants must be included for the variant-level discount.

 

13) Duplicate Variant SKU

When importing a CSV or Excel file into the discounted section, ensure that the 'Variant SKU' values are unique and not duplicated in the file. If there are duplicate SKUs, the file will not import, and issues will occur during the import process. All SKUs must be unique for each variant.

 

14) Duplicate Product

When importing a CSV or Excel file into the discounted section, ensure that products are not duplicated in the file. If duplicate products are found, the file will not import, and issues will occur during the import process. All products must be unique.

 

15) No Products found to be imported

When importing a CSV or Excel file into the discounted section, ensure that the file contains product information and is not empty. If the file is empty or does not include product data, it will not import, and issues will occur during the import process.
