There are two ways to approve wholesale accounts for the customers.
1. Review & Approve wholesale Customers
When a customer requests for a wholesale account, then the store owner has an option to review the customer details before wholesale account approval or decline. Please see the screenshot below for better understanding:
2. Automatically approve wholesale accounts
In this case, The Store owner doesn't involve in the Wholesale account approval process.
When a customer submits request for wholesale account then Wholesale All In One application automatically approves the customer Wholesale Account. Please see the screenshot below for better understanding:
How to change account approval method?
In order to change the customer approval method for the Wholesale Signup Form:
- Go to the “Customer Management” section from the sidebar navigation
- Click the “Embed & Customize” button to edit the Wholesale Signup Form
You can change the customer account approval method from the “Customer Approval Process” section according to your requirements.
