There are two ways to approve wholesale accounts for the customers.
1. Review & Approve wholesale Customers
When a customer requests for a wholesale account, then the store owner has an option to review the customer details before wholesale account approval or decline. Please see the screenshot below for better understanding:
2. Automatically approve wholesale accounts
In this case, The Store owner doesn't involve in the Wholesale account approval process.
When a customer submits request for wholesale account then Wholesale All In One application automatically approves the customer Wholesale Account. Please see the screenshot below for better understanding:
How to change account approval method?
You can change the Wholesale Registration form settings from the Wholesale Application dashboard under 'Manage Customers" section.
- Click the 'Customize' button for the Wholesale Signup Form.
- You can change the account approval method according to your requirements from the 'Account approval Process' section.
