The Wholesale All In One application works with 'Bold Product Option' apps. First, You need to understand the working of product options apps then create discount rules in the Wholesale application dashboard accordingly.
How does Bold Product Option' work?
When you create product options then these apps automatically create new duplicate product for each new Product Option. Please check the screenshot below for better understanding.
Setup wholesale pricing at Entire Store Level:
When you setup wholesale pricing at entire store level then discount will automatically apply to these duplicate products.
Setup wholesale pricing at Collection Level:
When you setup wholesale pricing at specific collection(s) then discount will not automatically apply to the Product Options created by Product Options apps, because by default these duplicate products are not included in the collection.
You need to include these duplicate products ( created by Product Options apps ) to the collection then discount will start working for the Product Options at specific collection level discount.

Setup wholesale pricing at Product Level:
To setup Wholesale pricing at product level, You also need to apply the discount to duplicate products associated with each Product Option. Please check the screenshot below for better understanding.
