Shopify has recently introduced new APIs and features to enhance its eCommerce system to the next level. To ensure our wholesale app remains updated and aligned with Shopify’s latest advancements, we are continuously making improvements. We recommend updating data access for Wholesale All In One whenever you come across a page like the one shown in the screenshot below within the Wholesale app dashboard.
Wholesale All In One “the App” provides wholesale discount “the Service” to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
Note, We don't save your website's orders and customers data on our servers.
Personal information we collect
When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:
View Shopify account data: Wholesale – All in one will be able to access data such as your Shopify account email addresses, phone numbers, and locations.
Manage products: This includes products and collections
Manage orders: This includes order details for the last 60 days and draft orders details . Wholesale – All in one will be able to access data such as customer names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, geolocations, IP addresses, and browser user agents.
We access order information only to apply discounted prices and to add relevant tags to the orders.
Please note that we don't save orders information on our server.
Shopify Markets:
To adjust discounts based on market-specific pricing rules, ensuring accurate calculations, proper currency conversions, and preventing double adjustments.
View customers: This includes customer data. Wholesale – All in one will be able to access data such as customer names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and physical addresses.
We temporarily access the customer data to apply relevant discounts on the orders.
Please note that we don't save your customers data to our server.
Payment Terms:
Payment terms are the conditions that specify when and how a customer pays for an order. They are agreed upon by the buyer and seller.
Manage your Online Store: This includes checkout page, theme, and script tags in your Online Store. Wholesale – All in one will be able to access data such as customer names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, and geolocations.
View and Sync Discounts:
Our app requires the write_discounts access scope to manage discount codes within Shopify. This allows the app to dynamically apply promotions, create discounts, and ensure seamless integration with Shopify’s pricing and checkout systems.
Manage other data: This includes price rules.
Additionally, we may collect the following types of personal information of store owner once you have installed the App:
Information about you and others who may access the App on behalf of your store, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, and billing information.
Information about individuals who visit your store, such as their IP address, web browser details, time zone, and information about the cookies installed on the particular device.
We may collect personal information directly from the relevant individual, through your Shopify account, or using the following technologies: “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org. “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps. “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
How do we use your personal information?
We may temporarily access the personal information from you and your customers in order to provide the Service and to operate the App. Additionally, we use store link and admin email to Communicate with you and Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
Please note that we don't save your customers data to our server.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
Behavioural Advertising As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Data Retention When you create discount groups through the Site, we will maintain basic information such as product and collections id’s for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
Changes We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
