Problem Statement
We currently have a sale with Shopify Automatic Discount applied at checkout, but we’ve noticed that it also applies to wholesale customers. Is there a way to ensure the Shopify Automatic Discount applies to all customers except wholesale customers?
Solution
You can prevent Shopify automatic discounts from applying to wholesale orders using the Wholesale All In One application dashboard. Please follow the steps below:
1. From the application dashboard, go to the Settings section:
2. Scroll down to the Coupon Code Field section, select the Prevent Shopify automatic discounts for wholesale orders option, and click the Save button, as shown in the image below.
