Missing discount on the wholesale orders - troubleshooting

When discount is not applying on all orders

The Wholesale All In One application stops applying discount on all orders in the following cases:

- When you change the theme

- When you install a different application that modify the checkout page. 

When discount is missing on random wholesale orders 

The following are most common reason of missing discounts on the random orders.

Human mistakes: 

- When customer doesn't contain matching tags based on associated discount rule. 

- When customer account status is not active. 

Coding fault: 

- When you install a different application that interfere with the Shopify checkout process, in this case it may prevent the wholesale discount to random order. 

- Make sure the theme doesn't auto logout an already logged in customer due to theme but.
