When Include tax in prices option in Taxes and duties section is disabled, then Tax will be calculated on checkout seperately for both regular and wholesale orders. Learn moreSteps:

2. Wholesale all in one app working, When tax included in the prices.
When Include tax in prices option in Taxes and duties section is enabled, then you can show excluded VAT wholesale prices to both Local And International Market depend on various conditions.
Steps:
From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Taxes and duties
Case # 1:When dealing with Local Market Only
In this case, You can show Excluded VAT wholesale prices on all pages [home,collection,search,product,cart], and Included VAT wholesale prices on checkout page.
For Example #:
- Regular customers
Let's Assume product price is $90,after including 10% VAT in product prices, then this $100 price will be showing on all pages [home, collection, search,product, cart, checkout] to local market customers.
- Wholesale customers
Let's Assume product price is $90,after including 10% VAT in product price, its become $100. Wholesale discount set to 50%, and want to exclude 19% VAT.
then,
On [Home, Collections, Search, Product, Cart] pages, $42.02 price will be showing.
On [Checkout] page, $50 price will be showing.

Case # 2:When dealing with Local and International Market
In this case, You can show Excluded VAT wholesale prices on all pages [Home, Collections, Search, Product, Cart, Checkout].
For Example #:- Local Market:
- Regular customers
Let's Assume product price is $100,after including local country 10% VAT in product prices, then this $110 price will be showing on all pages [home, collection, search,product, cart, checkout] to local market customers.
- Wholesale customers
Let's Assume product price is $100,after including local country 10% VAT in product price, its become $110. Wholesale discount set to 50%.
then,
On all pages, $55 price will be showing. - International Market:
- Regular customers
Let's Assume product price is $100, after excluding local country 10% VAT in product prices, then this $90 price will be showing on all pages [home, collection, search,product, cart, checkout] to International market customers
- Wholesale customers
Let's Assume product price is $100,after excluding local country 10% VAT in product price, its become $90. Wholesale discount set to 50%.

On all pages, $45 price will be showing.
