The Wholesale All In One app is compatible with all business models that sell products online through Shopify stores. Below is an overview of common business models and how you can use the Wholesale All In One app to set up your wholesale requirements accordingly.
Business Models
- B2C & B2B Store – Shared Product Catalog (Default Setup)
- B2C & B2B Store – Private Product Catalog (Using Manage Lock)
- B2C & B2B Store – Private Prices (Using Login to View Price)

Wholesale-Only (B2B Exclusive) Store
1. B2C & B2B Store – Shared Product Catalog (Default Setup)
Case 1:
B2C customers
- Products Visibility: All products will be fully visible and accessible to B2C/Retail customers.
- Discounted prices visibility: B2C/Retail customers will see the regular prices of products on the frontend store.

B2B customers
- Products Visibility: All products will be fully visible and accessible to B2B/Wholesale customers.
- Discounted prices visibility: B2B/Wholesale customers (approved through the wholesale application or approved manually) will see discounted prices on the frontend store after logging in.

Case 2:
Both retail and wholesale prices are visible to all website visitors, but only approved wholesale customers can purchase at wholesale prices. This approach encourages regular visitors to apply for wholesale access, helping convert them into wholesale customers. [View Sample]

2. B2C & B2B Store – Private Product Catalog (Using Manage Lock)
B2C customers
- Products Visibility: You can hide the entire store or specific products from B2C/Retail customers by using the Manage Lock feature.

B2B customers
- Products Visibility: B2B/Wholesale customers (approved through the wholesale application or manually approved) will see wholesale products on the frontend store after logging in.
- Discounted prices visibility: B2B/Wholesale customers (approved through the wholesale application or manually approved) will see discounted prices on the frontend store after logging in.

Note: You can create a separate collection for B2B/Wholesale customers and display that wholesale collection in the navigation menu. Click Here to view the reference screenshot.
3. B2C & B2B Store – Private Prices (Using Login to View Price)
B2C customers
- Products Visibility: All products will be visible and accessible to B2C/Retail customers, but the product prices will remain hidden until the customer logs in using the Login to view price feature.

B2B customers
- Products Visibility: All products will be visible and accessible to B2B/Wholesale customers.
- Discounted prices visibility: B2B/Wholesale customers (approved through the wholesale application or approved manually) will see discounted prices on the frontend store after logging in.

4. Wholesale-Only (B2B Exclusive) Store
- Case 1: Using Manage Lock: You can restrict your entire store (all products) for B2B/Wholesale customers by using the Manage Lock feature.

- Case 2: Using Login to view price:
You can restrict product prices on your store only for B2B/Wholesale customers by using the Login to view price feature. B2B/Wholesale customers (approved through the wholesale application or approved manually) will see discounted prices on the frontend store after logging in.

Note
- Store domain will not changed, Wholesale application will work with exisiting store domain.
- Regular and wholesale customer will using common default login page. Seperate login form not available for wholesale customers.
How application works
For using wholesale disocunt, you need to follow some steps for enable wholesale disocunt to any customers.
