Manage Lock Usage
By default, the Wholesale All In One app allows the merchant to show the retail products to everyone at the retail price, and have wholesalers with an approved account see the retail products at a wholesale discount. However, the merchant can't show/hide specific products to/from specific customer groups.
In order to show/hide specific products to/from specific customers or customer groups, we built the 'Manage Lock' addon. There are two key features of the Manage Lock add-on that allows a merchant to:
- Hide specific products from the specific customers
- Show specific products to the specific customers
Note, You can create multiple rules to Show/Hide products to/from specific customers.

- 1. Hide specific products from everyone except wholesale tagged customers
- 2. Show only specific products to wholesale tagged customers and hide all other products
- 3. Show specific products to everyone except wholesale tagged customers

You can set up all types of products visibility requirements using Manage Lock add-on feature.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Does the Manage Lock Add-on allow us to show/hide specific product variants, or just whole products from customer groups?
The Manage Lock Add-on allows you to show or hide specific wholesale products from customer groups, but it does not provide the option to manage visibility at the variant level. This means you can restrict access to entire products for different groups, but individual product variants within those products cannot be selectively shown or hidden for customers.
