The Import/export feature allows the merchant to upload wholesale pricing in bulk via CSV file.

General information:
Import Wholesale Pricing [Using CSV file]
1. From Shopify's admin, select 'All Products' section. Click on 'Export' button.
2. Export target products to apply discounted pricing:
- Select an option under 'Export' section
- Select 'CSV for Excel, Numbers, or other spreadsheet programs' option under 'Export as' section
- Press the 'Export products' button
3. You will receive a CSV file via email and it will contain your exported products.
- Open CSV file with 'Google sheet', 'Excel' or using any other compatible software.
4. Delete all columns from the CSV file except these:
- Handle
- Title
- Option1 Value
- Option2 Value
- Option3 Value
- Variant SKU
- Variant Price
- Image Src
5. The 'Variant SKU' is required for each product variant and it can't be empty.
6. To the right of the 'Image' column, add additional columns for each customer price group (tag).
- In this example, add 'wholesale' column to apply discounted pricing for 'wholesale' tagged customers.
Additional notes for Customer Groups:
In order to apply discounted pricing for other customer groups such as:
- For all customers (login & non-login), you can add 'all' as new column, [view screenshot]
- For Guest Customers (non-login), You can add 'no_account' as new column, [view screenshot]
- For Login Customers, You can add 'has_account' as new column, [view screenshot]
- For specific tagged customer group, You can add customer tag as column title. [Example1 & Example2]
- For multiple customer groups, You can add multiple additional columns. [Example1 & Example2]
7. Enter a discount in percentage for each variant in the corresponding cell.
- In this example, let add 20% off to the variants.
Additional notes for Discount Types:
You can use the following options to setup your discounted pricing for your customer groups.
- For Percent Off, add '%' symbol after the amount [View Example]
- For Price Off, add '-' symbol before the amount [View Example]
- For Fixed Price, add new price as final price [View Example]

# You can add new columns to set up different discounts to different customer groups, such as wholesale and vip tagged customers. View Example
8. Once the CSV file is ready, then import the file to the Wholesale Pricing section.
A popup will appear, then select CSV file and press 'Upload file' button to import Wholesale Pricing rules.
9. Refresh the Wholesale Pricing section and you will see imported rule(s).

Import Volume Pricing [using CSV file]
1. From Shopify's admin, select 'All Products' section. Click on 'Export' button.
2. Export target products to apply discounted pricing:
- Select an option under 'Export' section
- Select 'CSV for Excel, Numbers, or other spreadsheet programs' option under 'Export as' section
- Press the 'Export products' button
3. You will receive a CSV file via email and it will contain your exported products.

4. Delete all columns from the CSV file except these:

7. There are two options to apply Volume Pricing .
Option #1: Volume Pricing on Product Level:
For quantity break rules on product level:
- You need to remove all the variants rows of product except the first row.
- Remove values from the Variant SKU column.
- Duplicate the rows for each quantity break you want to import.
- Specify the quantity and associated discount value, under the 'Quantity' and 'wholesale' columns
Option #2: Volume Pricing pricing at Variant Level:
For quantity break rules on variant level:
- Add SKU value for each variant in the 'Variant SKU' column. [ SKUs are required ]
- Duplicate the variant lines for each quantity break you want to import.
- Specify the quantity and associated discount value, under the 'Quantity' and 'wholesale' columns.
Note, In this example, We are importing Volume Pricing on Variant Levels.
8. Once the CSV file is ready, then import the file to the Volume Pricing section.
A popup will appear, then select CSV file and press 'Upload file' button:
9. Refresh the Volume Pricing section and you will see imported rule(s).

Export existing discount rules
You can export the existing Wholesale Pricing or Volume Pricing rules that are created for 'individual products' level, please press the download icon to export CSV file as shown in the screenshot below:
