1: Why does app automatically add 'VerifiedByWholesaleAllInOne' tag to the customer?
Wholesale all in one application add this VerifiedByWholesaleAllInOne tag in all customer that were register through wholesale application by using wholesale register form. This tag has bassically two usage:
- Wholesale application check by using this tag, if customer already exist or not during account approval.
- This tag also used to find out or filter all wholesale customers in shopify customer section.
2: Why customer account status matter?
Account status is very important for getting discount though wholesale all in one app. Because if you setup discount pricing for specific customers Tag based instead for all cusomters. then customer account status must be has an account. However customers with no account or invite sent status will not get discount that you have set up for tagged customers. - These customers will not get the discounts that you have set up for tagged customers.

3. Why need to assign tag to the customer?
In wholesale all in one app, If you want to apply discount pricing to specific customer, then you setup disocunt based on specific tags, in this way wholesale app apply that discount to those customers, who have this disocunted rule matching tag. Tags also used to filter specific group of customers in shopify customer section.

4. Do I have to set shipping rates in the Wholesale AllInOne app, or can my wholesale customers get the same rates that my retail customers get - direct from the carriers on Shopify?
If you not setup shipping rate in wholesale all in one application, then wholesale customer also get defualt shopify shipping rate like retail customers.
But if you setup shipping rules in wholesale application, then this wholesale shipping overwrite shopify shipping and applied to wholesale customers.

5. How can I show rounded prices?
In wholesale all in one, by defualt have no option for rounding prices. But if you want to show rounded prices , then our support team do it with custom work. But these rounded prices will not show on checkout page.

6. Can we remove you as staff memeber once the app is setup?
Yes, You can remove us as staff member, after app configuration completed. However, if you face any issue or problem reglated to discounts, then you an can again add us as staff member for solution.

7. Are customers and pricing tags case-insensitive?
No, Tags in customer and discount pricing rule are not case sensitive. You can add lower or uppercase as you want.
8. Is there a way to change the Language on the Register Page for new Wholesale Users?
If you are using Translation app , some headings not translating in your selected language of wholesale signup form, then you need to send your translated heading or text, We will update with custom code.
9. Is there a way to create accounts in the back end of the app for my customers?
Yes, you can create wholesale registeration form in wholesale manage customer section, in which you can add additional fields for getting extra info from customers.
