The application always delivers the email notifications to the receiver but sometimes email goes to the spam/junk folder. Basically, email deliverability depends on the 'email sender's reputation' which is based on the email that you define in the 'Sender Email Address' section of the Wholesale Signup Form.
Troubleshooting steps to receive email notification
Registering customers via Wholesale Signup Form
A notification email will only be sent if the registration form is submitted using Wholesale form created by Wholesale All In One. However, if the form is submitted through the default Shopify registration form, an email notification will not be received.

Don't user marking emails to send emails:
Don't use your marketing email address as 'Sender email address'.
Example, If you use info@domain.com or sales@domain.com to send promotional/marketing emails to your customers then don't use that email as 'Sender email address'
- Don't use an email address that contain 'hello' as 'Sender email address'
Example, hello@domain.com
Sender and receiver emails shouldn't be same:
If you're testing Wholesale Signup form then make sure your Test Customer doesn't have the same email that you set up as the 'Sender email address'.
