1. How long does it take to install? How much does it cost?
On average, We set up the wholesale app within 1 to 3 working days. In some instances, it may take a bit more time when the theme is already highly customized or has complex structure.
The set up is free and included as part of your Wholesale All In One trial!
2. Do you support all Shopify themes?
Yes, Wholesale All In One app is compatible with all Shopify themes.
3. Is it compatible with Ajax / drawer / pop-up / slide-out carts?
Yes, The Wholesale All In One app is compatible with all Ajax features such as:
- Ajax cart
- Ajax Cart Drawer
- Ajax Cart Pop-up
- Ajax Slide-out cart
- Ajax based Product Quick View etc.
4. What is the installation process of Wholesale All In One App?
This app requires few theme liquid file changes. The changes depend on theme liquid codes. One of our staff members will install the codes for you. To install the application CLICK HERE to visit our application page, then click on the 'Add app' button.
We setup wholesale application in TEST MODE to make sure that this install doesn’t have any adverse affect on the orders you are currently receiving.
Retail VS Wholesale price
1. Does this app allow B2C & B2B feature within a single website?
Yes, You can build a Shopify store that will have both retail and wholesale price on one website.
Only approved B2B customers will be able to see discounted wholesale prices, while your B2C retail customer will only be able to see the general market price.
In other words, You can also create fixed prices for B2C customers and another set of fixed prices for B2B customers. You can create a Price List using any of the three types of Discount Methods.
2. Can I hide products pricing unless customer is logged in & registered?
Yes, It's possible to hide all the prices to guests or unapproved customers, and then the prices will display after login to only approved customers.

3. Can I show specific products to only wholesale approved customers and hide these products from other customers?
Yes, You can show or hide specific products to/from specific customers using 'Manage Lock' addon feature. You can make specific products accessible to only wholesale customers.

Wholesale pricing and Custom Pricing
1. How are discounts calculated? Do you discount from the compare price or sale price?
Discounts are calculated from the product's 'Sale Price' section (not the compare-at-price). Click Here to learn more.
If you want to apply discounts with respect to compare-at-price then use 'Fixed Price' pricing method. CLICK HERE to learn more.
2. Can I have different price list for different wholesale customers?
Yes! You can have as many prices for as many different customers as you want. In other words, You can set a unique price per product or variant to each individual customer or customer group.
You can offer different prices to different tagged customers for Entire Store , Specific Collections, Specific Products and Specific Variants levels. You can read relevant articles:

Price List CSV Import/Export Feature: (Optional)
You can also upload a price list that's connected to each of your individual/group customers. Please note that there is a separate subscription fee to enable the import/export feature.
3. Can I have different discounts for different variants of a product?
You can use “Individual Pricing” feature to apply different wholesale prices at variant level of the product.
Example,
A T-Shirt has 4 variants Red, Green, Black, Blue etc.
then you have an option to apply different discounts to one or more variants of the product such as:
T-Shirt - Red color: 10% discount
T-Shirt - Green color: $10 USD discount
T-Shirt - Black color: $50 [ As new price]
T-Shirt - Blue color: No Discount
You have full control to apply wholesale pricing at Variant level according to your requirements.

4. Can I apply individual Fixed Prices rather than '% Discount' Or 'Price Discount'?
You can apply specific prices [New Prices] to products as opposed to a 'Percentage Discount' and 'Price Discount' using our individual pricing feature. To know how to set individual prices, CLICK HERE. This feature is exclusive to our 'Standard' and 'Premium' plans.
5. Do you have Import/Export for Wholesale Pricing?
Yes! You can import/export CSV file containing different prices at Product and Variant levels for different customers types. You can import different pricing for following types of customers:
- All customers
- Only Guest customers
- Only logged in customers
- Only Tagged customers

Note: Import/export feature requires a separate subscription fee.
6. Does this app create duplicate products or variants?
NO! This application doesn't create duplicate products or variants unlike the other apps, so it will not mess up your store inventory.

Volume Discounts and Tiered Pricing
1. How do Volume Discounts / Tiered Pricing / Quantity Break work?
The Volume discount is perfect if you want to give greater discount based on a customer buying more.
For example,
Tier #1. If customer buys 10 of Product A, the price is $9 per product.
Tier #2. If customer buys 20 of Product A, the price is $7 per product.
Tier #3. If customer buys 30 of Product A, the price is $5 per product.
2. Can I have different 'Tiered Pricing' for different wholesale customers?
Yes! You can have as many prices for as many different customers as you want.
You can offer different Tiered Pricing to different tagged customers for Entire Store , Specific Collections, Specific Products and Specific Variants levels. You can read relevant articles:

3. Can I have different 'Tiered Pricing' for different 'Variants' of a product?
You can use “Individual Tiered Pricing” feature to apply different 'Tiered Pricing' at variant level.
For example,
Product A has two variants called BLACK and BLUE, each variant color has separate Tiered Pricing such as:
Tiered Pricing for BLACK:
Buy 1 at $23 per item
Buy 5 at $21 per item
Buy 10 at $19 per item
Tiered Pricing for BLUE:
Buy 10 at $28 per item
Buy 20 at $26 per item
Buy 20 at $24 per item

4. Can I change a Volume Discount table design on the product page?
There are six Volume Discount table designs ready to use, You can change it from the Volume Discount rule. If you want to customize the Volume Discount table design then contact us.
5. Do you have Import/Export for Volume Discounts?
Yes! You can import/export Tiered Pricing at individual Products or Variants levels.
Note: Import/export feature requires a separate subscription fee.
6. What's the difference between the different discount tier types?

7. Is it possible to allow customers a percent discount if they buy X number of items in a collection?
Yes, It's possible to offer percent discount if the customers buy X number of items in a collection or selected products group.
i.e. 5% off when you purchase 6+ items in this collection & 10% off when you buy 12+ items from this collection
Additional Coupon Codes Or Discount codes
1. Can I use discount codes along with the Wholesale Discounts & Tiered Pricing?
Yes, Wholesale customers can use additional coupon codes on the top of wholesale discounts, the coupon code input field will appear on the /cart page.

2. Can I disable Shopify Discounts codes to wholesale customers?
Yes! You can disable Shopify Discounts codes to only wholesale customers.
While, You can still allow to use Shopify discounts to promote sales etc. to your retail clients.
Manage Customers & Wholesale Signup Form
1. Is there a sign up page built in to the app for new wholesale customers?
Yes, You can embed a Wholesale Registration form to your website using 'Manage Customers' feature form the WholesaleAIO app dashboard, and you can also customize the Wholesale Registration form fields to collect the required customer information according to your business requirements.

2. Adding wholesale signup page link to header or footer navigation
Yes, you can add the Wholesale Signup Form page link to the header or footer navigation. CLICK HERE to follow the steps outlined in the article.
3. Can we first review new wholesale account requests before account approval or decline?
By default, 'Review & Approve wholesale Customers' option is active in the app configuration.
When a customer requests for a wholesale account, then the store owner has an option to review the customer details before wholesale account approval or decline. Please see the screenshot below for better understanding:
4. Is there any way to approve new wholesale accounts automatically?
By default, this option is disabled and you can activate 'Automatically approve wholesale account' option from the application dashboard.
In this case the Store owner doesn't involve in the Wholesale account approval process.
When a customer submits request for wholesale account then Wholesale All In One application automatically approves the customer Wholesale Account with pre-defined tag in the app configuration such as 'wholesale' tag. Please see the screenshot below for better understanding:
5. Can we customize wholesale registration form?
Yes, You can customize wholesale registration form according to your business requirements from the Wholesale All In One application dashboard.
6. Will my existing wholesale customers be able to see wholesale pricing, Or will they need to set up new accounts?
Basically, Our wholesale app works based on customers tags, so if you have already assigned tags such as 'wholesale', 'dealer', 'trade', 'vip' or any other tag etc to your customers then our application will work with your existing customers and you don't need to set up new accounts for your existing wholesale customers.
7. Is it possible to convert (some) existing customers into wholesale accounts?
Yes, there are two methods to convert your exiting registered customers into wholesale customers.
Let's assume you have set up discount rules for 'wholesale' tagged customers from the app dashboard. Now it's time to prepare customers with 'wholesale' tag so they can see discounted pricing after the login.
Method #1: You can simply edit the existing customers from 'Customers' section in the Shopify dashboard and add 'wholesale' tag to your existing customers. After that customers will see discounted pricing after the login base on matching discount rules for 'wholesale' tagged customers.
Method #2: You can embed Wholesale Registration form to your website and ask existing or new customers to fill required information in the registration form and apply for wholesale account.
Once your existing customers submit the request for wholesale account then you can approve their wholesale account with 'wholesale' tag from the app dashboard.
8. Does this app allow to build multiple custom registration forms for our customers?
If you want to setup multiple registration forms with different fields then contact to our team and we will help you to create multiple registration forms.
Manage Shipping
1. Is it possible to set a flat rate shipping or a percentage-based shipping rate?
Yes, You can set flat rate shipping fee or percentage based shipping rates for the targeted customers based on the following options:
- Total amount of the order
- Total quantity of the order
- Total weight of the order
2. Can I create flat rate shipping charges for the customers based on their location?
Yes, You can set up flat rate shipping charges based on the customers location/address defined in their profile. The application read the customers location when they are logged in to your store.
3. Can I offer free shipping to everyone except wholesale tagged customers?
Yes, You can set up free shipping to everyone except wholesale tagged customers.
4. Can I set a minimum order amount for the Free Shipping offer?
Yes, You can set a minimum order amount for the Free Shipping offer.
For example, Free shipping on all orders over $50.
Migration from different Wholesale app
1. Would it be possible to transfer all current wholesale members to your app?
Yes, Your existing wholesale customers are compatible with our wholesale application. You wouldn't need to create new accounts for your existing wholesale customers.
Set Order Limit
1. Can I set minimum and maximum limit on entire order?
Yes, You can set minimum and maximum limit for an order based on
- Total cart amount (subtotal)
- Total Cart items (quantity)
- Total Cart weight [ lb unit ]

2. Can I set minimum and maximum limit at product/variant level?
Yes, Only those customers who meet "Minimum/maximum Quantity Requirements" on product page can add products to cart. Additionally those customers who meet "Minimum Quantity Requirements" on the cart page can proceed to checkout to place orders, otherwise they can't place orders.

There are two key features of the Manage Lock add-on that allow you to:
- Hide specific products from the specific customers
- Show specific products to the specific customers

3rd Party apps integration
1. Which Shopify apps are compatible with Wholesale All In One?
Most of the other Shopify apps are compatible with Wholesale All In One application.

2. Does this integrate with Shopify POS?
You can't use our wholesale app to offer Wholesale pricing for Shopify POS checkouts. You still would be able to use Shopify POS to checkout for your customers without wholesale app pricing.
Please note that this app only applies discount to Manual Orders and the orders that process via Online Store (Your website).
3. Does the app work with multi-currency checkout?
You can use the 'Coupon Code API' checkout discount method that will allow customers to get discounts on their orders in local currency.
Note, the discount works in local currency only if Multi Currency checkout feature is already enabled on your website using any Multi Currency application or based on Shopify Multi currency feature.
